About the Position:

This will be a Full Time position in our Encino location. We are looking for candidates who can work as a team player and are looking to develop their knowledge in the medical field. Responsibilities and Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities(in coordination with assigned physician)
- Adhere to HRC Policies & Procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follows primary physician in initial consult expanding on initial treatment recommendations and follow up treatment
- Perform routine history and physicals
- Order pertinent diagnostic tests
- Make diagnoses
- Develop treatment plans
- Manage routine gynecologic problems
- Perform transvaginal ultrasounds and follow up follicular development ultrasounds
- Interview and gather information from the patient with emphasis on reproduction
- Review pertinent medical records for evaluation
- Perform intrauterine inseminations
- Diagnose and co-manage treatment complications
- Diagnose and co-manage early pregnancy and pregnancy losses
- Rule out ectopic pregnancy
- Offer appropriate patient education resources
- Anticipatory and crisis management
- Collaborate with and coordinate patient care with other practices or referral services as needed
- Health promotion, management, and maintenance of illness and disease prevention
- Physical and psychosocial assessment
- Medical record documentation
- Assist physician in providing informative and effective communication with patient/couples.
- Initial interviews/consultations/directs patient care
- Scheduling procedures, tests and office visits
- Pre/post operative surgical teaching and evaluations; surgery coordination
- Pre-post operative embryo transfer instructions
- Confirm that patient/couples have appropriate medications/prescriptions
- Coordinates IVF protocols, third party included
- Follow-up communication with patient/couples as to test results and medication adjustments
- Maintenance of patient/couple medical records including consents and authorizations
- Maintenance of SART worksheets
- Adheres to pre-arranged work schedule to provide clinical coverage
- Provide patient education and health teaching as appropriate, including injection technique
- IVF Experience
- possible hybrid schedule between Encino and Beverly Hills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $118,814.45 - $143,088.38 per year
