Human Resources Operations Manager

HR Operations Manager for a Healthcare organization.

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and employee-centered HR operations in a mission-driven healthcare setting. This role combines day-to-day staff supervision with hands-on coordination of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR operations staff and ensure timely, accurate completion of daily tasks
• Oversee HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and LOAs
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
• Manage HRIS updates, reporting, and operational troubleshooting
• Support labor relations through application of CBAs and tracking of grievances
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate employee transactions
• Assist with compliance, policy updates, and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Experience managing HR staff and processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain accountability
• Familiarity with union environments, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
