Seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and employee-centered HR operations in a mission-driven healthcare setting. This role combines day-to-day staff supervision with hands-on coordination of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HR operations staff and ensure timely, accurate completion of daily tasks
- Oversee HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and LOAs
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Manage HRIS updates, reporting, and operational troubleshooting
- Support labor relations through application of CBAs and tracking of grievances
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate employee transactions
- Assist with compliance, policy updates, and documentation standards
Qualifications:
- Experience managing HR staff and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain accountability
- Familiarity with union environments, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
