What are the responsibilities and job description for the Para Educator position at HRA?
The job of Behavior and Educational Paraprofessional is to work one on one with a single student. The responsibilities include observing the student's progress and/or behavior, implementing instruction of academics, SEL, and enrichments; monitoring the student behavior during classroom and non-classroom time; and providing information/documentation to teachers and staff. If the student is not present for the day, this person will assist other teachers for the day. Position requires previous experience or training working with youth.
