What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at HRA?
Essential Functions:
- Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area to
include stocking bar, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and setting
up hors d' oeuvres for happy hour - Prepares and courteously serves residents and guests beverages and
closes out tickets as drinks are served. Is responsible for ensuring
that all tickets have a correct signature on them - Notify Dir. of LE or any malfunctioning bar equipment
- The ability to work in a safe and alert manner
- The ability to take ownership for associate’s safety and the safety
of the residents - Must disclose any medication that might impair associate’s ability
to perform the job safely or competently.

Enrichment activities when able - Completes all required courses in adherence with HRA University
- Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on
