Job Summary

Duties
- Support the day to day operations of a full Human Resources Department.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Administer employee orientation programs and coordinate training and development initiatives to foster professional growth.
- Assist with the employee evaluation processes and performance management system to support organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and claims processing using platforms like Paychex, ADP.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like BambooHR; generate reports for strategic planning.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting the director with organization design projects and workforce management strategies.
- Facilitate HR sourcing efforts through social media management and employer branding activities to attract diverse talent pools.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources administration or related roles within a construction industry setting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS tools.
- Skilled in benefits administration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
