Join a purpose-driven nonprofit organization as an HR Generalist, supporting core human resources functions that help drive their mission. This role collaborates closely with managers to lead recruitment efforts, manage employee onboarding/offboarding, support benefits administration, ensure compliance, and foster a positive employee experience.
This role is Full Time (35 hours per week), Onsite, with a pay range of $30 to $36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Partner with supervisors and leadership to deliver comprehensive HR support
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance efforts
- Assist with benefits, training, and performance management programs
- Respond to employee and applicant inquiries
- Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and recognition events
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including recruitment and benefits
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, ADP experience desired
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification a plus
