Boys & Girls Club – Part-Time Gymnastics Manager
Do you have gymnastics experience, a knowledge of basic skills and a passion for teaching that will provide positive experience for preschool athletes and their families? Are you looking for a job that will give you a sense of purpose while making good use of your experience? Then we have a job for you!
Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha is looking for a Gymnastics Manager. You will help preschool children feel supported and motivate them to achieve their goals. You provide mentorship and guidance to coaches and athletes, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. Come join our team!

Working 3-4 days per week totaling 12-15 hours, you will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, coordinating with vendors for equipment purchases, and managing facility rentals for events or parties. You will collaborate with local schools or community organizations to establish partnerships and outreach programs. Additionally, part of your role might involve staying up to date on industry trends, attending workshops or conferences, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and expand the gym's offerings.
As a Gymnastics Manager you might be involved in community engagement initiatives, such as organizing fundraisers or volunteering opportunities, to give back to the community and promote the values of the gym beyond its walls.
What it takes to succeed:
At least 1 year of experience in supervision of preschoolers, have the basic knowledge of gymnastics while working with young children and have an adequate level of manual dexterity and sense of balance.
