This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days per week onsite in our Downers Grove office. Occasional travel throughout the Chicago Metro area for HR conferences and training required.

What are the job duties?
- Develop, build, test, and administer online surveys and related participant communications.
- Coordinate survey timelines, participation, and follow-up while providing support to members, clients, and survey participants.
- Import, clean, validate, organize, and analyze large survey datasets using Excel, SPSS, and other applications.
- Apply established statistical and benchmarking methods to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful findings.
- Prepare accurate, professional reports, tables, charts, dashboards, and executive summaries that translate data into useful insights.
- Present and explain survey findings to help users interpret and apply the results.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, protect confidential information, and improve survey processes, reports and quality control practices.
What are the job requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, economics, statistics, data analytics, or social science research preferred.
- 3 years of work experience with compensation, benefits, HR analytics, survey research, or benchmarking data.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to organize, manipulate, validate, and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with survey platforms, database systems, data visualization tools, and statistical software preferred.
- Occasional travel throughout the Chicago Metro area for HR conferences and training required.
