The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Head of HR, this 350-employee PE portco is growing. This is a #2 role that will touch all parts of multi-state HR administration. Will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Reports to a fantastic CHRO - you will learn a lot.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and boosting their manager capability
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
