Responsibilities include high volume ER investigations, leading talent acquisition, supporting compliance and labor practices, and implementing scalable HR processes that improve efficiency and engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing HR experience, sound judgment, and the ability to influence tough-minded operators with direct communication.
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
