The HR Manager will lead day-to-day HR operations for a global food manufacturer’s Fort Wayne facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to support a large, fast-paced hourly workforce. This role will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and an HR Administrator while providing hands-on leadership across employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning. A major focus will be coaching frontline leaders, navigating complex employee relations issues, and strengthening HR processes, communication, and accountability across the plant. The ideal candidate will bring HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or another high-volume hourly environment, along with demonstrated success managing and developing an HR team. This is a highly visible, onsite leadership role for an HR professional who can build credibility on the plant floor and balance strategic partnership with the hands-on realities of plant HR.
