What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tissue Receiving Coordinator I position at HR Recruiting Team?
The Tissue Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for the critical processes related to received donor tissue and to the final destination.
Starting pay: $18.25/hour 10% Shift Differential
Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 4:00 pm - 12:30am
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
Tissue Receiving Coordinator I
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making skills and strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to follow directions and serve well as a team member.
- Ability to enter and report numbers accurately.
Work Environment and Physical Activities
- Must be able to take call and work after hours as needed.
- Requires heavy lifting.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be considered insurable by Solvita insurance provider.
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrate positive team building behaviors that include effective decision making.
- Ability to be competent in all Tissue Receiving Coordinator I training modules and working independently within 6 months.
- Must be able to be on call for levels II, III, and IV.
