Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Product Owner to drive product vision, translate business needs into high-quality user stories, and lead Agile delivery with cross-functional scrum teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

SAFe Agile (or equivalent) certification

8 years of Salesforce product ownership/product definition experience

Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with tools like JIRA and Agile Craft

Expertise in user story writing, feature/EPIC decomposition, and backlog management

Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and managing Agile metrics

Strong requirements management (business, functional, technical)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills

Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Lean SDLC

Telecom domain experience is a plus
