Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in OpenText / Documentum / ECM platforms and a deep understanding of FDA regulations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance-driven solutions and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business needs aligned with FDA regulations and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to support project management activities
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support implementation of ECM/OpenText/Documentum-based solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with OpenText, Documentum, or other ECM platforms
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, reports)
