Precision Services is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who combines strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, learning technical products and services, preparing accurate quotes, and working closely with experienced sales and operations professionals. You'll play an important role in helping customers find the right solutions while keeping projects, orders, and communication running smoothly.

What You'll Do Become a Trusted Technical Resource Develop a strong understanding of industrial equipment, repair services, and customer applications. Work closely with experienced sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare detailed, accurate quotes and proposals.

Research customer inquiries and gather the information needed to ensure solutions are technically sound. Build confidence and expertise through hands-on learning and ongoing training. Keep Sales and Operations Organized Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-up activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain complete, organized customer records and sales opportunities in Salesforce. Enter and verify order information using Sage ERP. Coordinate with shop, service, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.

Monitor open orders and provide timely, accurate status updates. Build Strong Customer Relationships Serve as a knowledgeable, dependable point of contact for customers. Provide professional, thoughtful responses to customer questions and service requests.

Follow up on quotes and opportunities to help move projects forward. Partner with outside sales representatives to support existing accounts and identify new business opportunities. Help customers feel confident that their needs are understood and their projects are being handled correctly.

What You'll Need 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, order processing, or a related role. Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, mechanical equipment, pumps, valves, or technical products is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, quotes, and detailed documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Sage, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
