Strategic Closer: Private Equity & Hedge Funds (remote/global)
We are a specialized lead generation agency for the private markets. We provide the "Distribution Rails" for hedge funds, real estate developers, and M&A advisors to access Family Office and UHNW capital.
We are currently at capacity and looking for our second Strategic Closer. This isn't a "caller" role. You will own the entire lifecycle: from the first high-stakes closing call to the architecture of the prospecting strategy that our operations team executes.
The Mandate
Close: Convert sophisticated investment firms into long-term partners on $3k–$12k/month retainers.
Architect: Design the investor prospecting strategies (LinkedIn, Email, SDR Staffing) that our Ops team will implement.
Oversee: Act as the strategic link between the client and our operations team to ensure the "Full Picture" is executed.
Your Profile
Market Literacy: You don't just know the words AUM, Carry, hurdle rates, and LP/GP structures—you understand the psychology behind them.
Regulatory Awareness: You understand international solicitation boundaries (SEC, FCA, etc.) to ensure our strategies remain compliant.
Intensity: You operate at a high tempo. You follow up quickly, push clients to make decisions, and never let leads rot in the pipeline.
The "King" Mindset: You prefer a recurring trail over a flat salary. You want to build a book of business, not just hit a quota.
The Numbers
We believe in Skin in the Game. * Base: $500/month.
Recurring Commission: $200/month for every client you maintain.
The Math: 20 to 30 active clients nets you $4,500 – $6,500 USD per month. In your local market, this is executive-level pay for high-level execution.
