Fleet Services Technician

As part of our Fleet Program Management team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that event materials, client assets, and brand experiences arrive on time and in perfect condition.

We’re looking for a Fleet Services Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping things moving — literally.

As a key member of the Fleet Services Team, you'll be responsible for prepping, packing, and shipping smaller client assets (think banner stands and event kits), and ensuring that every shipment meets our quality standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Pulling, prepping, inspecting, and packaging items for express event orders

• Ensuring inventory accuracy and checking availability of materials

• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing shipments

• Organizing and maintaining shipment paperwork

• Communicating timelines and updates with the Fleet Services Coordinator

• Operating equipment such as forklifts and order pickers

• Supporting overall workflow and backup duties as needed

• Computer literate with basic software applications, such as Outlook.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment to meet deadlines under pressure, while communicating verbally and through email with account managers.

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

• Solid organizational skills and a proactive mindset

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations a plus

• Forklift experience or certification is a bonus

• A team-oriented attitude — you’re always ready to help out
