Robot Service Technician – Help Keep Autonomous Delivery Robots Moving
Location: Bowling Green, OH (On-Site)

What You'll Do
Maintain and Repair Autonomous Robots
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on autonomous delivery robots
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and restore robots to service quickly
- Test and troubleshoot components including batteries, suspension systems, sensors, and wiring
- Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
Assemble and Configure Equipment
- Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and electrical components
- Install and replace cameras, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and other robotics hardware
- Assist with hardware upgrades and system improvements
Support Daily Operations
- Provide hands-on technical support throughout the Bowling Green campus environment
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot robots operating across campus
- Help manage spare parts inventory, tools, and replacement components
- Assist with field testing and deployment of new equipment
Contribute to Innovation
- Work with engineering and product development teams on prototype testing
- Provide feedback from real-world operations to improve future robot performance
- Support special projects as new technology and locations are introduced
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
- Experience using mechanical and electrical hand tools
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with AC/DC electrical systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Soldering experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a dynamic campus setting
- Strong computer skills for documenting work and communicating with the team

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
