Robot Service Technician – Help Keep Autonomous Delivery Robots Moving

Location: Bowling Green, OH (On-Site)

What You'll Do

Maintain and Repair Autonomous Robots

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on autonomous delivery robots
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and restore robots to service quickly
• Test and troubleshoot components including batteries, suspension systems, sensors, and wiring
• Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities

Assemble and Configure Equipment

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and electrical components
• Install and replace cameras, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and other robotics hardware
• Assist with hardware upgrades and system improvements

Support Daily Operations

• Provide hands-on technical support throughout the Bowling Green campus environment
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot robots operating across campus
• Help manage spare parts inventory, tools, and replacement components
• Assist with field testing and deployment of new equipment

Contribute to Innovation

• Work with engineering and product development teams on prototype testing
• Provide feedback from real-world operations to improve future robot performance
• Support special projects as new technology and locations are introduced

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Experience using mechanical and electrical hand tools
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AC/DC electrical systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation
• Soldering experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a dynamic campus setting
• Strong computer skills for documenting work and communicating with the team

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with teammates
• Comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and campus staff while representing the company professionally

Preferred Experience

• Automotive service or repair
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Robotics, automation, or electronics
• Dealership technician experience
• Mechanical or electrical assembly
