Location: Shelby, NC
Schedule: Weekends, Friday Saturday Sunday 7am–7pm

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts. This role is essential in maintaining continuity of care, providing leadership to our nursing team, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts

Provide direct resident care as needed

Ensure all care is in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards

Respond to emergencies and make decisions regarding resident care

Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Complete documentation and shift reports in a timely manner

Help with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage
Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state

Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care preferred

Prior supervisory experience is a plus

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
