Employment Processing Specialist
HR Mobile Services, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Employment Processing Specialist in the Visalia, CA area to provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
Job Tasks:
-Entering new hire information into an excel sheet for our clients
-Auditing the new hire packets
-Making phone calls to employees for incomplete packets
-Communicating with employers about the statuses of the new hire packets
-Emailing customers
-Conducting orientations to employees during an on-boarding session
Requirements:
· Proper Writing, Reading, Grammar, and punctuation skills
· Basics MS Office skills
· Data Entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
