The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in low-voltage electrical systems, wiring schematics, and AutoCAD, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions for complex electrical designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create detailed wiring diagrams and schematics for Fire Alarm systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Work with leading Fire Alarm software platforms (e.g., Edwards, Notifier, Siemens) to integrate electrical systems.
- Customer Support: Assist with technical calls, providing troubleshooting expertise and resolving electrical system issues for customers.
- CAD Design: Utilize AutoCAD software to design and layout electrical systems, ensuring precision and functionality.
- Panel Testing & Support: Assist with wireman tasks and troubleshooting of test panels, offering guidance on wiring questions and electrical system issues.
- Problem Solving: Apply strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve electrical system challenges, ensuring optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD software for electrical design and the ability to interpret complex wiring schematics.
- CNC Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC systems and programming NC files is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, managing multiple tasks with flexibility and precision.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the capacity to address electrical system challenges effectively.
- Fire Alarm Experience: Must have low voltage, electrical experience. Previous experience with Fire Alarm systems is a significant plus but not required.
