We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone, email, and/or in person
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Process orders, payments, returns, or account requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Document customer interactions and follow up when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
