The Sales & Marketing Support Associate is an entry-level position that assists with various administrative/support tasks related to the sales and marketing efforts. In addition, this position offers an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop the necessary skills and experience to successfully transition into future roles within the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process daily product sample requests from internal and external sales teams, and prepare monthly sample reports as needed for customers;
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive key product and portfolio initiatives;
- Assist in tradeshow preparation by pulling all samples required for each tradeshow and facilitating the shipment of tradeshow booth and samples to the venue;
- Gain a thorough understanding of each product category and utilize that knowledge to assist with product requests;
- Become proficient with HRHC’s technology platforms (Microsoft Teams, Dynamics CRM, PowerBI, and Sales Team Power apps);
- Actively monitor sample inventory, including marketing materials, to ensure stock levels are sufficient and replenish inventory levels as needed;
- Support customer service team with handling inbound phone calls and other customer service-related functions;
- Engage in other relevant projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred with interest in the Sales and Marketing field
- Strong team contributor with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel & CRM
- Valid driver's license
- Customer focused, results driven, action oriented, and strong work ethic
