• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a med/surg setting.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
