What You'll Do:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will capture and create authentic on-farm content that fuels our paid ads, social media, and brand storytelling. This role is centered around capturing real, on-farm moments, with flexibility to complete editing, posting, and planning work remotely.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

• Captures day-to-day on-farm and special event content to deliver authentic, high-quality narratives that resonate with customers.
• Films short-form video content for advertisements and social media pages to maximize audience impact.
• Leverages top-performing ad concepts to create simple, effective content for advertisements and social media presence.
• Owns and manages day-to-day social media engagement, ensuring timely responses and a consistent brand voice.
• Plans and executes content pipeline to identify content opportunities.
• Organizes and manages raw footage to ensure ease of use for internal teams and editors.
• Captures content with team members, customers, and partners to create authentic, diverse storytelling.

Position Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or experience within a related field.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with team members and vendors.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands is a plus.
• Strong interest in social media, storytelling, and short-form video content.
• Comfortable filming with a smartphone and learning basic editing tools.
• Comfortable being on camera and able to involve internal/external groups in content creation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to connect with customers.
• Interest in farming, food, health, or mission-driven brands is a plus.

Other Important Information:

Position Pay: Salaried position based on experience.

Reports To: Marketing/Advertising Lead

Core Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hours can be flexible as needed)

Typical Work Week: Monday to Friday; 40-45 hours/week (Some weekend work as needed)

Direct Reports: None

Work Conditions: Hybrid role; mix of office and on the farm environments

Travel: This role is primarily on-site to capture authentic, real-time moments on the farm with at least 3-days on farm.
