Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, utilizing HR systems, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our healthcare team through high-volume and external recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for healthcare roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various specialties and levels.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, HR systems, and ATS platforms.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and successful placements.
• Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns through campus recruitment, external recruiting, and internal talent management initiatives.
• Manage candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging employment law in talent management to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, provide detailed feedback, and assist with employee orientation and employee evaluation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities while ensuring adherence to HR legal compliance and employment & labor law standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry or related fields with a focus on high-volume or technical recruiting.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in talent management software such as UltiPro or similar HR systems; experience with ATS platforms is essential.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR sourcing techniques, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, candidate sourcing, and screening for diverse healthcare roles using social media marketing (recruitment) tools.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting including campus recruitment, external recruiting, employee relations, training & development, succession planning, and employee orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
