Key Details:
- Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour, DOE
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and a 401(k) plan
- Location: Onsite at our NE Airport Way warehouse and distribution center (Just off of NE 181st Ave).
- Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, typically 6:30am-3:00pm
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be needed during audits or peak inventory periods

About the Role: The Inventory Control Specialist is a hands-on role with ownership over inventory control across the warehouse. You’ll spend time on the warehouse floor, operating equipment, verifying product, and staying closely connected to what’s happening day to day, while also handling the system work that keeps inventory accurate and organized.
This role plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, improving consistency, and supporting processes that matter to the business. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team, using existing systems and your own experience to help strengthen how inventory is managed and tracked.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own and maintain accurate inventory records in Acumatica
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts using ABC inventory classification
- Improve and maintain bin integrity across pallet racking locations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by tracing root causes
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to access high racking (up to ~30-35 feet)
- Verify quantities and locations of product as it is received into inventory, including items arriving via overseas containers
- Review container and inbound inventory reports to understand upcoming stock changes and inventory fluctuations
- Prepare for and support annual physical inventory and audit activity
- Review and run inventory and container reports to support decision making
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership, purchasing, and office teams
- Help document and refine inventory control processes and best practices
- Communicate clearly with managers and supervisors about inventory status and findings
- Pitch in as needed to support warehouse operations during busy periods
Qualifications Include:
- 3-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience
- 3 years of stand up reach forklift experience (certification preferred; can be completed onsite if needed)
- Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a problem solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently as a team of one, with support when needed
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for much of the day
- Clear communicator who works well with different teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
