Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Record and report client progress and behaviors
- Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients
Requirements:
- On-boarding documents
- Resume
- Up-to-date Negative TB Test
- Credentialing documentation/state requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of HS Diploma proof and transcripts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
