Shifts/Schedule (nights & weekends):
Friday – Sunday 2am – 1:00pm
Monday 4pm – 1:00am
Tuesday – Friday 4pm – 2:30am
Potential for schedule updates & OT depending on season
40 hours per week

Overview
As the Production technician, you will be joining our awesome production team working on setup and monitoring the machine to ensure all prints meet quality standards and delivery deadlines. Since we are implementing Lean Manufacturing and applying analytical approaches, you will be in the Lean Committee ensuring Lean thinking and practices are fully applied in the production process and continuously drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular/preventive maintenance, machine changeover, part changing/inspecting
- Troubleshoot with minimal supervision and reduce the amount of down time
- Optimize the flow to meet takt time and customer needs
- Identify inefficiencies and wastes in the process to improve productivity
- Perform daily production tasks
Qualifications
- 1-year or above of relevant experience with Printing Devices
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related major preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- The ideal candidate shall have proficient knowledge and experience with common tools such as wrenches, Allen Keys, drills, pliers, and calipers, and know the difference between metric and standard hardware
- Passionate about learning
- Self-motivated
