We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team. Experience in junk removal is preferred but not required. We provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Safely remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other unwanted items
- Lift and carry heavy items throughout the day
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
- Work efficiently while treating customers' property with care
- Work as part of a team to complete daily jobs
Qualifications
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 75–150 pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Respectful, professional attitude
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Customer service oriented
- Experience preferred, but not required—training is provided
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Drug-free workplace (no drug use)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be dependable and arrive on time every day
