Facility & Grounds Maintenance Specialist

As our Facility & Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities and grounds are always in excellent condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs to keep our facilities safe and functional.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our grounds, ensuring a welcoming space for pets and their owners.
- Troubleshooting and addressing minor issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the highest standards of safety and care for the pets we serve.

We’re seeking someone who’s not just skilled but also shares our passion for creating a safe and loving environment for pets. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in facility and/or grounds maintenance.
- Skills: A hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Mindset: A team player who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of safety and cleanliness in a pet care environment.
