You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Qualifications:

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Processing Reasonable Accommodation (RA) requests from initiation through completion ensuring compliance within policy guidance and timelines.

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical advice and guidance to organizational leaders to include researching products/technologies available to support Reasonable Accommodation (RA) requests.
