Qualifications
- Strong foundation in administrative and executive communication skills
- Experience in Emergency Nursing and Prehospital Care
- Specialized expertise in Critical Care Nursing, particularly in high-pressure or in-flight scenarios
- Ability to work effectively in a team and make rapid decisions in dynamic environments
- Valid nursing license required; advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TCCC
- Prior aeromedical experience is required
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to standard operating procedures
