Position Summary:

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including:o Demand Managemento Project Portfolio Managemento Project Managemento Program Managemento Agile Development Resource Managemento Financial Planningo Portfolio Managemento Intake workflowso Financial tracking solutionso Portfolio health dashboards? Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategicobjectives.? Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow bestpractices.? Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives.? Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project managementactivities using AI-driven solutions. Required QualificationsExperience? 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.? 2 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.?
