Engage Strategically: Collaborate with client Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the cornerstone of digital transformation, integrated with core applications. Drive Governance & Best Practices: Establish technical governance, ensure instance health, and reduce technical debt by aligning with ServiceNow leading practices. Lead Solution Design: Facilitate workshops, validate requirements, and deliver robust functional designs that meet client objectives.
Mentor & Influence: Guide teams, share expertise, and contribute thought leadership to elevate our ServiceNow community.
Innovate & Grow: Support presales efforts, contribute to business development, and champion emerging
technologies like Generative Al and Agentic Al.
