We are seeking a seasoned QA Automation Engineer to support and optimize testing efforts for the Solvas loan product. This application, built on .NET and SQL, integrates with 10 other systems and requires a strategic thinker who can streamline testing cycles, improve automation, and ensure seamless environment transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute test automation for the Solvas loan product using Playwrightand JMeter
- Collaborate closely with DBAs, business stakeholders, and application teamsto understand downstream impacts of changes
- Write and maintain robust test casesand automation scripts
- Reduce the current 2-month testing/patch cycleby identifying and implementing efficiencies
- Ensure test automation is environment-agnosticand supports smooth transitions across staging, QA, and production
- Monitor and manage the impact of changes across 10 integrated applications
- Utilize AI-assisted toolslike GitHub Copilot to enhance automation development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 yearsof experience in QA automation
- Strong proficiency in Playwright, JMeter, and scripting for .NET/SQL applications
- Experience working in complex, integrated environments
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with environment migration strategiesand CI/CD pipelines
- Background in financial or loan-based applications
- Comfortable working with global teams, including India-based QA resources
