This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Jose, CA, for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for handling day-to-day logistics operations, including managing freight brokerage processes, coordinating shipments, and building strong relationships with shippers and carriers. This role involves overseeing dispatching operations, responding to customer inquiries, and managing client accounts to meet service standards and exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage-related processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience in Dispatching and logistics operations coordination
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is an advantage
- Experience in transportation and logistics industries is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
