Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Preconstruction Manager. The responsibilities include managing construction estimating processes, coordinating with design teams to ensure alignment, preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, and preparing proposals. The selected candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive preconstruction services and ensure projects are aligned with client goals and financial parameters, laying the groundwork for successful project execution.
