Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client associations.
- Understand each association's goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the community and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of association management services, including event planning, administrative activities, membership engagement, and financial management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the association management or property sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of association management software and tools is a plus.
