Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Rgkrit / ForOmni is an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform designed to transform live conversations into structured, actionable intelligence. The platform processes real-time audio, grounds responses using resume and job description context, and generates intelligent on-screen insights for individuals and enterprises.
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will own the technical vision and architecture of the Rgkrit platform. You will guide backend and AI system development while mentoring mid-level engineers and ensuring scalability, performance, and production readiness.

- Design and own the overall SaaS architecture
- Define backend system structure (monolith vs microservices)
- Architect AI pipeline (Speech-to-Text, Context Grounding, LLM, Response Engine)
- Implement resume & JD grounded RAG-based response system
- Design scalable database schema and data storage strategy
- Oversee authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO)
- Implement secure transcript and resume storage
- Architect billing and credit-based session logic (Stripe integration)
- Guide development of cross-platform desktop overlay application
- Ensure system security, encryption, and role-based access control
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards
- Mentor and guide two mid-level engineers
- Participate in sprint planning and technical roadmap decisions
Required Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
- Proven experience designing scalable SaaS architecture
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
- Strong backend expertise (Node.js, FastAPI, or equivalent)
- Experience designing relational database systems (Postgres preferred)
- Experience implementing authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
- Experience integrating Stripe or similar payment systems
- Strong understanding of API design and distributed systems
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
The following are highly desirable:
- Experience building AI-powered SaaS products
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines or vector-based retrieval systems
- Experience with Electron or Tauri (desktop app development)
- Experience working in early-stage or startup environments
- DevOps experience (Any of cloud - AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with system-level audio processing
