Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Outbound Dock Loader at our Coxsackie, NY Regional Distribution Center. Join our team today!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00pm-2:30am
Starting Rate: $23.50 PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus!
Responsibilities
As a Loader/Outbound Dock Associate, you will:
- Safely operate a dock stocker load outbound customer orders.
- Use technology like RF to pick, sort, scan, and ship orders.
- Wrap, sort, load and transport pallets and packages.
- Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 0-3 years Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
