Job Responsibilities:
All information is processed in our field office and sent to corporate for processing.
* Data Entry
*Spreadsheet Maintenance (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable)
*Processing Time Sheets, Invoicing, Billing, etc.
*Accounts Receivable Review
*Accounting Auditor
*Collections
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
* Proficient with Excel
* Experience in oilfield service industry preferred.
* Detail oriented and a team player
* Positive Attitude.
*Accounting experience
*Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, Quick Books, Open Invoice, Arriba, Outlook
