Position Overview
This position serves as the main contact for assigned accounts, managing orders, quotes, and client communication. There is a focus on reactivating inactive clients and generating new business while ensuring strong organization and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts
- Grow revenue through new and legacy business
- Communicate consistently to support client needs
- Coordinate client quotations with Engineering, Procurement and Sales
- Process and track orders for timely delivery
- Maintain CRM records
- Address concerns related to orders, quotes, and invoices
- Organize client data and documentation
Qualifications
- Sales or project coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong follow-up
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
