Senior Product Manager, PC Ecosystem Solutions Austin, Texas, United States of America Job description Job Id 3154623 Job Posting Start Date 2025-10-23 Workstyle Onsite Senior Product Manager, PC Ecosystem Solutions Description - As the PC Ecosystem Product Management Lead within the Personal Hybrid Solutions group, you will help lead the strategic direction and execution of HP's award-winning product offerings. You will be responsible for creating solutions that leverage the wide array of HP's various end user peripherals portfolio to deliver differentiated experiences through software / firmware. You will be responsible for developing and managing the software / firmware requirements that solve end user problems through innovative market leading experiences and customer success stories. Additionally, you will also play a key role in designing future devices powered by AI experiences to enhance end user productivity, primarily focused on the professional / enterprise customer segment, but with an understanding that PC peripherals (including personal audio devices) are purchased through multiple channels. Last but not least, as with any Senior Product Manager, you may be expected to lead several projects or a portfolio of projects ensuring product success at every phase of the product delivery lifecycle from product definition, development, production, and end of life; serving as a central resource across multiple organizations including category, engineering, operations, quality, support, services, marketing, finance, and sales organizations. Bonus points if you have experience in exploring and driving meaningful technology and business partnerships to deliver incremental value to customers and profit to the company. Responsibilities: Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function. Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements and completes detailed competitive analyses. Uses strong business acumen to assess new features / product requirements viability. Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities. Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs. Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life. Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle. Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments. Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral. Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects. Education & Experience Required: Four-year College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline (Graduate-level degree preferred). Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field. Preferred Certifications: Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification, or any other related certifications. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
