Sales Representative – Higher Purpose Landscaping
Higher Purpose Landscaping is one of the fastest-growing outdoor construction and landscaping companies in Texas. We design and build premium outdoor environments—landscape installations, drainage solutions, grading and soil correction, irrigation systems, hardscapes, retaining walls, lighting, sod, planting, and full outdoor transformations.
We are expanding fast and looking for a driven, articulate Sales Representative who wants to grow with a high-performance team and earn at the top of the industry.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners, commercial clients, builders, and developers to understand project goals and provide expert guidance.
- Sell landscaping, drainage, grading, hardscaping, and outdoor construction projects in the $10,000–$2,000,000 range.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, accurate expectations, and consistent follow-up.
- Create proposals, present solutions, and walk clients through design and scope recommendations.
- Work directly with our designers, project managers, and install teams to deliver a seamless handoff and a premium client experience.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, follow proven sales frameworks, and close deals with confidence.
- Aggressive commission structure with real earning potential in the $90,000-400,000 /yr range for performers.
- Marketing and lead support: inbound leads, social media funnels, Google Ads leads, and repeat client opportunities.
- Clear career path into Senior Sales, Design-Sales Hybrid, Project Management, or Leadership roles.
