What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at Hoyer Law?
We are hiring an experienced paralegal to support our family law attorneys across all offices. This is a substantive role -- not a stepping stone position. You will manage active cases, draft legal documents, track billing, and operate as a reliable, independent professional in a small satellite office that functions as part of a larger, well-organized team.
If you have family law experience, strong billing habits, and the ability to work independently without hand-holding, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an in-person, full-time position, working from our Lehi office. No remote work available.
Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience
