- We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Triage incoming calls
- Collaborate with physicians and Nurse Practioner's to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (obtaining vitals, administering injections, phlebotomy, PT/INR's, document in EMR
- Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Coumadin Management
Skills
- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Experience in Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine
- Experience in triaging patients
- A team player with communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must have problem-solving skills
- Valid nursing license
- CPR certification
