A high-growth business services marketplace is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the continued scale and sophistication of its accounting function. Operating at the intersection of technology and professional services, the company connects businesses with vetted service providers nationwide and is experiencing rapid expansion.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key components of the month-end close, including complex journal entries, revenue recognition, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. You’ll partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and senior leadership to support reporting, analysis, and process improvements as the company continues to scale. Exposure to the Controller and leadership team offers meaningful visibility, mentorship, and opportunity for advancement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
▪ 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience - public accounting experience required
▪ Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
▪ Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills
