A leading agriculture company based in King City is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a small, hands-on Human Resources team. This is a generalist support role ideal for someone who has a background in administrative assistance or has some human resources experience who wants broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and seasonal hiring cycles.
Responsibilities
- Process new hire paperwork and lead onboarding and offboarding for a variable, seasonally driven workforce
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate routine HR reports
- Support seasonal and year-round recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
- Assist with benefits administration and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions during open enrollment
- Track training completions and employee certifications
- Partner with operations and field supervisors on day-to-day HR needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Discretion when handling sensitive employee information
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
