Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Lead the preparation of cash flow forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting and FP&A activities, ensuring financial transparency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor two direct reports, including ERP specialists, while optimizing system processes and reporting tools.
- Implement and refine internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable financial systems suitable for a high-growth environment.
- Serve as a key liaison to external auditors, investors, and other financial partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required (public/private background strongly preferred).
- 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and an understanding of process automation and data integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
