Global Controller

A global manufacturing corporation entering a major growth phase is seeking a Global Controller to partner closely with the CFO in building a best-in-class finance function. The ideal candidate will bring both technical accounting rigor and an entrepreneurial spirit to help drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Lead the preparation of cash flow forecasts, financial models, and variance analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting and FP&A activities, ensuring financial transparency and accuracy.
• Manage and mentor two direct reports, including ERP specialists, while optimizing system processes and reporting tools.
• Implement and refine internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable financial systems suitable for a high-growth environment.
• Serve as a key liaison to external auditors, investors, and other financial partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required (public/private background strongly preferred).
• 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and an understanding of process automation and data integrity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
